  • Communication Workshops - The workshop aims to provide effective communication skills, values, and personal skills to enable effective individual and team communication.

  • Cross Cultural Sensitization - This program is aimed to create awareness about cultural differences and build a solid foundation to develop understanding, flexibility and mutual respect to foster effective long-tem cultural cooperation. It also helps to understand cultural differences and to capitalize on the strengths of different cultures.

  • Creativity - This is a project specific program, which helps in adopting a deliberate thinking process for problem solving, finding opportunities and stimulate innovation by focusing on the creative energy within the project team.

  • Building High Performance Team (BHPT) - We help HR professionals and Project Managers create high performing teams through performance appraisal and feedback, and review of their personal people management style.

  • Coaching Skills for Leaders - The workshop focuses on concepts, models, and skills that align with the IHL point of view to:

    • Facilitate positive change
    • Inspire people
    • Take valued people from 'where they are' to 'where they want to be'
    • Help coaches find the answers, not giving them the answers
    • Increase accountability, productivity, innovation, and goal attainment
    • Participants will learn how to have coaching conversations that will help their team members develop awareness, gain insights, and take responsibility and action.
  • Leadership in Times of Change - The workshop aims to provide first-line leaders with adequate understanding on managing change within the organization. All first-line leaders with people-care responsibilities are required to attend this program. Leaders of first-line leaders who want to reinforce their understanding of fundamental leadership principles may also attend the workshop.
